Residents of Trinity Hospital Almshouses assemble before the clerk to the Trustees on Founder's Day. The Almshouses in Castle Rising, Norfolk have offered permanent accomodation to destitute spinsters and widows since 1614, provided they are 'religious, grave, discreet, and no beggar,harlot,scold,drunkard or haunter of taverns.'
